Today we have been recording some radio ID's for an upcoming appearance on the 'Emerging Icons' show.
The show goes out on November 20th between 3-5 on Edinburgh uni's student radio station - freshair.org.uk. The show will also be featured across other uni's weekly.
Now its time for a splash of Hai Karate in preparation for a night of disco funk with Nile Rodgers & Chic.
This Saturday we'll be heading over to Manchester's 'Warehouse Project' to see funk legends Chic. Our travelling partner will be none other than the disco colossus that is Brutus Gold, so it promises to be a top night of groove all round! We are so excited, we thought we'd post this video of Chic ripping up Italian TV with Good Times in 1979. Check out the guy with the pink trousers on at the beginning, that'll be us on Saturday that will!
Seeing as though Polo gets less growth than a bonsai tree, it's left to me to hold up Sonic Soul's end of the bargain for Movember! I think you'll agree it looks a bit dodgy and it gives me abit of a serial killer look, but hey... anything for a good cause.
